On the day of your service, we carefully disassemble the interior unit, using a pressure washer with a non-toxic, non-acidic cleaning solution and bib kit to remove buildup from the heat exchanger and fan wheel. The bib kit directs water and debris into a bucket, keeping your home clean and dry. We also clean the coil, fan, drain, and cabinet of the exterior unit, ensuring a comprehensive approach.

Each component, inside and out, is inspected for potential issues, and we vacuum the condensate pipes. We also provide a courtesy cleaning of the unit’s exterior upon reassembly. Filter inserts can be replaced upon request for an additional charge. Our technicians log detailed notes for future reference, and if we identify any issues, we’ll inform you and recommend a trusted service provider to help prevent downtime and costly repairs.
