On the day of service, we carefully remove and clean the indoor unit using a non-toxic solution and a bib kit to safely capture water and debris. We also clean the outdoor unit, inspect the system for any issues, clean filters, replace batteries if needed, and fully test the system.
Before we leave, we review our findings with you and document notes for future service visits. If any issues are found, we’ll let you know and recommend the next steps to help prevent breakdowns and costly repairs.
